Hi Missio! GOD. What we think about God is the most important thing we can do. Our perspective on life, situations, or ourselves will rise or fall depending on what we understand about God. This is not about who we wish God to be. This is about who God truly is. How can we know God? How can we know truth? How can we know true attributes about God? How can we live properly in light of who God is? Join us tomorrow for a life-transforming discussion as we unpack Romans 3:5-8. We look forward to worshiping with you church :)

Hi Missio! BLESSINGS. Sometimes we don't recognize the advantages we've been given in life. This is often to our detriment. God is the Giver of amazing things and we fail to utilize them to make our lives and the lives of others better. What privileges have we been afforded? How can we better understand our blessings? What are the consequences of not acting on our advantages and how does this reflect upon the nature of God? Join us for a life-altering discussion on this topic tomorrow as we dig into Romans 3:1-4. We look forward to worshiping with you :)

Hi Missio! COVENANT. This is a powerful concept. This is greater than a contract. This is life-changing commitment. God enters relationship with us via covenant. While there is numerous covenants in the Bible, they all point to one great covenant that ultimately changes us radically. What do these covenants point to? Why are the covenants important? What is the one, great covenant? Why does any of this matter to me? Join us for a deep dive into this life-changing topic as we look Romans 2:25-29. We look forward to worshiping with you :)

Hi Missio! AUTHENTICITY. There is something powerful about being real. When you refuse to operate in the realm of the superficial or outright hypocrisy, there is a freedom in being open and transparent. Deeper yet, we can fool one another, but we can't fool God. Perhaps, the true liberation comes when we allow God into our lives and let Him work life into us for His glory and the good of the world. When you're loved authentically by God, then you can authentically live before others. How does God love us authentically? How do we live in authenticity? What spiritual practices lead to genuine living? Join us tomorrow as we dive into Romans 2:17-24. We look forward to worshiping with you :)

Hi Missio! CONSCIENCE. It's that internal mechanism that tells us what's right and what's wrong. Every human being is created with a moral code within. The problem is that without God, our conscience can be deceptive and lead us to destruction. How can we understand our consciences? What role does God play in connection who we are within? How can morality be freeing rather than frustrating? Join us for this life-changing discussion tomorrow as we look at Romans 2:12-16. We look forward to worshiping with you :)

Hi Missio! ETERNITY. Maximus famously said, "What we do in life, echoes in eternity." This is true and should humble us to live each day with eternity in mind. For most of us, we're not preparing our ourselves for eternity. We're living for today with little to no sense of things of eternal value. What happens when we leave this world? Is there an accounting of how we spent our time, treasures, and talents? How can we stop living for the moment and aim for what's everlasting? Join us for this life-changing discussion on this topic tomorrow as we look at Romans 2:6-11. We look forward to worshiping with you :)

Hi Missio! KINDNESS. God is so good and so patient toward us. We could be tempted to take His kindness for granted. But His goodness is meant for us to continue to take inventory of our lives in order to love Him and love others better. How has God been kind to you? How do we examine ourselves in light of His goodness? What does a proper judgment of ourselves and others look like? Join us for a life-changing discussion tomorrow as we look at Romans 2:1-5. We look forward to worshiping with you :)

Hi Missio! TRIUMPH. There is nothing in human history that can match the Resurrection of Jesus. This great event has ramifications for all of us and has important significance to our journeys in life. If Christ has been raised, then it impacts the way we view our current situations and sets us up for a certain future if we believe. What does this triumph mean for us today? For our future? How do we manage the day to day troubles and continue to believe when life doesn't make sense? Join us tomorrow for a dive into John 14 and explore this theme. We look forward to worshiping with you church :)

Hi Missio! HUMANNESS. With all that is going on in the world, it would be easy to lose sight of what it means to be human. Don't let the chaos and disorder distract you from what is ultimately important. We are called to continuously examine ourselves and carefully look out for others. How does God want us to keep a proper perspective on living? In what ways are we careless in examining our own lives? How can we do a better job of encouraging others in life? Join us for a discussion of this topic tomorrow as we look at Romans 1:28-32. We look forward to worshiping with you :)

Hi Missio! S*X. Now I have your attention :)

It is God's design and it's a good one. Problem is, we're corrupted creatures and made this good thing and god thing. We've exchanged the good plan of God for s*x for something less honoring to Him and more harmful to us. What does it mean to be a s*xual creature? What is God's plan for s*x? How have we all fallen short of God's purposes for it? Is there hope for those harmed by its misuse? Join us tomorrow for an honest look into God-honoring s*xuality as we dig into Romans 1:24-27. We look forward to worshiping with you church :)
