Family is the foundational institution of human society! Family is composed of persons related to one another by marriage, blood, or adoption. It is made up of husbands and wives, parents and children, brothers and sisters, and generation upon generation.
Supporting families is an integral part of what we do at First Baptist Chandler through the generosity of the church!

Is it worth it?

God never promised a life of following Him to be without trials, in fact, Jesus even addressed this with the disciples which we read recorded in the book of John. He said, "In the world, you will have tribulation," and reminds them "If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first."

But what what we know, what the disciples knew, and what Daniel knew even under the oppression of Babylon is that an eternal life with God is ALWAYS worth it!

VBS is less than two weeks away! We are so excited to embark on an adventure through Psalm 23!

When our circumstances can often be filled with worry and confusion, our kids need to know there is a God who loves them and cares for them! At Emerald Crossing VBS, they’ll journey through Ireland’s lush landscapes and discover the life of the shepherd-king David. We'll learn how to cross from worry to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd.

This year VBS had groups for kids all the way from age 3 (potty trained) through Grade 6!
Last minute changes? No worries! Even if they don't have a chance to get signed up before, children are always welcome to join in person.

The Church is more than just a building: it's community! We get this amazing opportunity in church to live alongside each other for Christ. Here we can grow in our Christlikeness through both serving one another and serving our local communities. Believers planted in a church home should offer encouragement, support, and biblical counsel to one another and engage in spiritual practices together such as praise and prayer!
