The Grove is a young church full of people excited to live out the Good News that Jesus is Lord. It's a movement of Christ-Followers passionate about loving this world and everyone in it. We are a sending church, not content with "Sundays" as being the end destination. If you're looking for a church where you can passively observe and be entertained, without being challenged to get out of your sea

t and serve this community and world, then we probably aren't the place for you. But if you get excited about exploring the journey of what it means to follow Jesus, no matter where it may lead you, then come join us here at The Grove.

Good morning, Grove family! Whether you’re joining us here in Chandler or tuning in from anywhere around the world, we’re grateful you’re part of our worship gathering today.

We’re continuing our series ACTS: Becoming A Strong Church, and this morning we’re stepping into Acts chapters 4 and 5, where we see one of the most compelling pictures of what it means to be The Gathering Church. In these chapters, the early believers come together with bold faith, radical unity, sacrificial generosity, and unwavering commitment to the mission of Jesus—even in the face of pressure and opposition.

As we look at their story, we’re reminded that a strong church isn’t built on programs or personalities—it’s built on a people who gather around the presence of God, stand firm in truth, and care deeply for one another. That same Spirit who strengthened the early church is strengthening us today.

So wherever you’re watching from, lean in. Open your heart. Expect God to speak. And know this: you’re not just viewing a service—you’re part of a community, a movement, a family that God is shaping into a strong church for this moment.

Today we’re experiencing what it means to be a truly Glocal church—sharing God’s love locally and globally. While you’re worshipping at The Grove, we’re serving alongside our friends in Malawi and witnessing God’s faithfulness in a whole new way.

A powerful Sunday at The Grove.

Pastor Palmer launched our new series through Acts, challenging us to be a glocal church—making an impact both locally and globally. We also commissioned our Malawi missions team as they prepare to head out next week. With 114 people traveling to Malawi, we’re excited to see how God will work through this team and the lives they’ll impact.

Pray with us as they go, and as we continue living out the mission of Jesus wherever He sends us. 🌍

Good morning, Grove family! Whether you’re joining us from right here in Chandler or tuning in from across the world, we’re so glad you’re with us as we launch our new series: ACTS: How To Grow a Strong Church.

Today we begin with the theme Global God, Global Church, a truth woven all throughout the book of Acts. From the very beginning, God has been moving across nations and cultures—yet He also works powerfully right where we live, work, and serve. That’s why the church today needs Glocal Christians: Christ‑followers who are deeply connected and committed to their local community while also living globally connected and culturally aware.

Acts shows us a church that grew strong because it embraced both callings. The Spirit empowered believers to love their neighbors, serve their cities, and at the same time carry the gospel across borders and into the world. That same Spirit is at work in us today.

We’re grateful you’re here. Let’s lean in, open our hearts, and see what God has for us as we follow Him—locally and globally.
