The Spirit of the Lord is upon me!

Please join us at the Chapel of St. John the Divine (on the corner of Wright and Armory in Champaign, IL) for a service of Solemn Evensong on Monday, May 25 at 4:00 followed by a parish Memorial Day picnic. Music will include: Pastorale for Clarinet and Organ by Peter Mathews, I will not leave you comfortless by Byrd, Versicles, Responses and Lord’s Prayer by Sumsion, Magnificat and Nunc dimittis (Gloucester service) by Howells, The Spirit of the Lord by Elgar and Fantasie I by Saint-Saëns. All are welcome!
