A group of staff and parishioners met at Barkstall Elementary this morning for High Five Friday, where students are greeted with high fives as they come into the school. It was a blast!

Wilber is on the Eastern edge of West Side Park on State St., looking South. Wilber is on top of Emmanuel Memorial Episcopal Church. The church was founded in 1858, meeting at schoolhouses and meeting halls until 1883, when their first church at the corner of University and Church opened its doors. Through the years, the congregation has expanded and so has its church with a new building in 1917 and the Harris J. Mowry Jr. building in 1964.

(Thank you to Della Perrone for the lovely photos)
