Trinity Lutheran Church is a warm and welcoming group of people. We are known for our involvement and concern for our members and the Chamberlain community. Our mission statement is “To unite all people in the love and fellowship of Jesus Christ and to serve our growing community.”
Trinity has been involved in Lutheran Outdoors, Lutheran Social Service, St. Dysmas Prison congregation, Habitat for
Humanity, Missouri Valley Crisis Center, the Chamberlain Ministerial, serving at the Banquet in Sioux Falls, and Dakota Milestones in Chamberlain. Activities offered for our members have included, an annual Lutefisk Supper, Valentine’s Day meal offered by the youth, hayrides, movie nights, 4 x 4 meals, game nights, and a fall kick-off when we begin our program year. Trinity Lutheran Church strives to use the gifts of the members to serve Trinity members and others in our community. We offer adult Bible studies, Wowsome Wednesday for pre-K to grade 6, youth group for senior high, confirmation studies for grades 7-9, and monthly women’s Bible studies from Gather Magazine. The church recognizes such events in milestones ministry as baptism, blessing of the backpacks, graduating from high school, leaving for college and leaving Trinity, giving Bibles to third graders, and first communion instruction for third graders. These are emphasized in Sunday morning services at 9:30 a.m. We celebrate Holy Communion on the first and third Sundays of the month. We invite you to worship with us. If you have special needs, require individual attention, or have any questions, please e-mail us or call at 234-6698. We are a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). If you are looking for a church we would love to have you join us for any worship service or activity.
