The mission of Chalmers Community Church is summed up in the words, "Loving God, Serving People." When Jesus was asked, "What is the most important commandment?", he replied, "The most important commandment is this. . . love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. There is no commandment greater than these." (Mark 12:29-31) Our desire is to work out

these commandments in our lives. We express our love for God as we gather to worship and then, filled by His Spirit and instructed by the Word of God, we go out to serve other people.
