The Kitchen is yours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All we ask is that you clean up after yourselves and mark any personal foods. The Back Deck is a great place to grill that steak or those burgers. Fall and spring are beautiful times for cook-outs. The Father Ed Cortney Prayer Room is a quiet,

prayerful space for study, personal devotions or even a cat-nap. It features a stained-glass window from the original St. The Dining/Living Room on the main floor are open for use, with permission, and there is a large screen television, wall mounted and adjustable so that you can watch from either space. The Front Porch is a wide-open, old-fashioned space from which to watch the busiest street around campus. Catch the action from the swing. Downstairs features the Newman Lounge. A popular spot for watching movies, and study. If you are active at the Newman House you are invited to use the facilities. The Lounge is always accessible from the side driveway door and the light is always on. We ask only that you don't block the garage. The entire House is tooled for free WI-FI. Log on anytime.

We arrived in Santiago for Pentecost and what a glorious moment it was! While we were not able to make it in for the noon Pilgrim’s Mass we were able to attend the Mass at 7:30pm where many people were confirmed! Words cannot express the growth and life we experienced on the Camino, but it is true what everyone says, pilgrimage is an analogy for life. This Camino was truly an experience of life as a whole with all of its ups and downs. We prayed for all of you and continue to do so as we transition into the Camino of daily life. Buen Camino!

We finished our second day of walking today. While our legs, feet, and knees are sore our hearts are full of all the gifts we have received from the Lord during so far and from all of the conversations we have had with each other and fellow pilgrims. This evening has been filled with constant laughter and so much joy! We pray for you on our camino.

Please keep the St. Frassati Newman students in your prayers as they prepare to enter an onsite prayer retreat this week. A special part of this retreat will be a Eucharistic Procession to the CSC Campus.

We warmly invite you to join the St. Frassati Newman House in witnessing to the presence of Jesus tomorrow, April 14th. The procession will begin at 7:00 PM at the St. Frassati Newman House, and together we will accompany Jesus to the CSC Campus. The evening will conclude with Benediction followed by a reception.

All are welcome—we would love to have you there!
