Preacher Mike Stone will be with us this year at The Preaching Conference at The Grove! I have admired Preacher Mike for many years! He is a great preacher of the gospel! I couldn’t be more excited to have him with us in August! Make plans to be at Cherry Grove Baptist Church on Thursday August 6th at 7pm to hear Mike Stone and Dr. Robert Smith Jr.

In Romans 10:17, the Apostle Paul wrote, “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.” With these words, Paul emphasized the tremendous power that the preaching of the gospel has! Through the preaching of the gospel, faith is both born and built within the hearts of men! This August, the word will be preached at Cherry Grove Baptist Church by seven anointed preachers of the gospel! I hope you will join us on August 6th-8th for each session!

On Saturday, August 8th, during our morning session, Quintell Hill will be preaching at Cherry Grove Baptist Church as a part of The Preaching Conference at The Grove! Quintell is passionate about Jesus. Every time I spend time with this brother, he leaves me ready to run through a brick wall for Jesus! Quintell is a servant of the Lord - he has served at BSCNC, in the local church, and now with the IMB. I am so thankful for this brother. Believe it or not, Quintell and I served on a committee together at BSCNC. When I received the initial email about who was serving that year on that committee, I saw his name. I had heard his name before and wanted to connect with him. I actually said to myself, “I hope I can get to know Quintell Hill.” When I arrived at Caraway the next week, my assigned seat in the conference room was right beside Quintell. Had to be a God thing! We hit it off immediately. I am so thankful that the Lord has allowed me to have a friend like Quintell. I don’t see him a lot, but when I do it is all love. I can’t wait till August!

Dr. Robert Smith will be joining us on Thursday, August 6th at Cherry Grove Baptist Church for The Preaching Conference at The Grove. Dr. Smith is an anointed preacher of the gospel and is a personal hero of mine! I am thrilled that he will be with us in August! Having had the privilege of talking with Dr. Smith via the telephone, I can attest to you of his humility and his eagerness to serve Jesus any time a door of opportunity is opened unto him. I can’t wait to meet him in person and sit under his preaching! I hope you will join me at The Grove for what is sure to be a wonderful night in August!

We are thrilled to have Pastor Mike Stone joining us at the conference this year! Preacher Mike will be preaching on Thursday, August 6th at Cherry Grove Baptist Church! For years now, Mike Stone has been a “must hear” for me! He always has it in high gear and always has a strong word from the Lord! I can’t wait to hear him in August! Mark it on your calendar and don’t miss it!

Dr. Toussaint C. Adams will be with us at The Preaching Conference at The Grove this year! I heard Dr. Adams at the Cutting It Straight Conference in Jacksonville, Florida this past year and was blown away! This brother can preach. God, most definitely, has His hand on him! I am so elated that he will be with us at the conference this year. Y’all will be blessed by his ministry. Dr. Adams will be preaching on Friday night, alongside of Preacher Phil, but he will also be leading a workshop that same afternoon that is focused on studying the scriptures with an aim to teach or preach. Through this workshop, Dr. Adams will be teaching us how to “rightly divide the word of truth.”

Dr. Phil Hoskins will be with us this year at The Preaching Conference at The Grove! He is one of my heroes. He was a favorite of mine years ago when he would come to Langston Baptist Church for the Coastal Evangelism Conference! He would be one my “must hears!” I looked up to him for many years, admiring his preaching, but didn’t actually know him until I started organizing the very first preaching conference at Cherry Grove. What I found when I met him was that he was just as good of a man as he is a preacher. He is the real deal. He is now not only a hero but a friend and I am so thankful. His ministry has been a tremendous blessing to me and I am so glad that he is coming back to the conference this year! Don’t miss “Preacher Phil” on Friday night, August 7th!
