🌴🦍 Let's Give a VBS SHOUTOUT! 🦍🌴

Earlier this week, someone gave a sweet compliment online to all the ladies serving at Rainforest Falls VBS, and they absolutely deserve it! We are so thankful for the incredible women who are giving their time, energy, creativity, and love to help kids learn about Jesus this week.

But today, we want to hear it for the MEN! 👏

While they may not be the majority, we have a jungle-full of guys serving behind the scenes and on the front lines of VBS. You'll find them leading crews, running games, serving in the kitchen, keeping everyone safe with security, helping with setup and cleanup, and jumping in wherever they're needed.

These men are showing our kids what it looks like to serve Jesus with joy, humility, and faithfulness.

We tried to snap photos of most of them, but we also have several awesome teen guys serving this week who aren't pictured!

Thank you for answering the call, stepping into the rainforest, and helping point the next generation to Jesus. Your impact is bigger than you know! 🌿❤️

Tomorrow at Rainforest Falls VBS, we’re collecting donations for The Children's Advocacy Center of Cherokee County!

Before Jesus ascended to heaven, He left His followers with one mission:

🐻🌴 DAY 2 AT RAINFOREST FALLS WAS BEARY AWESOME! 🌴🐻

Today our rainforest explorers learned a powerful truth: God knows everything about us! ❤️👀

From our happiest moments to our hardest days, God sees us, knows us, and loves us completely.

One of the biggest highlights of the day? Ask your child about the bears that Ms. Rhonda and her helpers sent soaring through the air! 🐻🚀 It was a lesson they won't soon forget!

We also learned that while people can only see the outside, God sees something even more important—our hearts. ❤️

Our memory verse for today was:

📖 "O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me." Psalm 139:1

What an incredible day of worship, learning, games, laughter, and rainforest adventures! Check out today's photos and ask your child what they learned about how well God knows them.
