Our hearts are heavy as we lift up our brothers and sisters at Sandoval Methodist Church following the devastating loss of their church building due to fire.

While a building can be lost, the Church is not defined by four walls — it is defined by the people of God who gather, love, and serve together. We stand with you during this difficult time and want you to know that you are not alone.

We offer our prayers, support, and encouragement as you walk through the days ahead. May God provide comfort, strength, and every need as you begin the journey of rebuilding.

As Scripture reminds us, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” — Matthew 18:20

Mission Extravaganza was a wonderful success!

We learned about Senegal and the amazing work God is doing to reach lost people around the world. We heard about both the joys and challenges of ministry and were encouraged by the faithfulness of those serving on mission.

Thank you to everyone who gave up part of their Sunday afternoon to attend, support, and learn more about God's work across the globe. We are especially grateful to Myra and her family for traveling from Springfield, Missouri, to share their ministry with us. Please continue to pray for her as she prepares to go to the Moldova. Pray that God will provide every need and open doors for opportunities to share the Gospel and reach His children.

We also lift up all those who live on mission every day, wherever God has placed them. Please pray for those serving through the IMB and NAMB, as well as our own Crossroads Carpenters for Christ team, who are being sent out today for another mission trip.

May we all remember that missions begin wherever God has planted us. Thank you for being a church that cares about reaching the nations for Christ!

This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to remember and honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. In their memory, American flags now stand proudly across our church grounds — each one a quiet symbol of gratitude, bravery, and the freedoms they defended.

We invite you to join us in solemn reflection, heartfelt thanks, and prayer for those who gave everything so we could live in liberty.
