So glad to have Cheryl home from the hospital! Thank you Drs. and staff at Boone Hospital for your excellent care. Thank you to friends, family, church members, and Pastors who visited and prayed for Cheryl. We will not forget the blessings of your presence in our time of need. Thank you Lord Jesus for your Faithfulness to hear the cry of our hearts and my heart to allow my spouse and mate to be present in my life and in the lives of those who love her dearly a little bit longer.

Please pray for Darrell Nagle. They want to shock his heart to get it back in ryrthem. Please pray for Cheryl as they are keeping her tonight at the hospital because of intense pain, which the ER thinks may be gallstones. Thank you.

What a great Fathers Day service we had yesterday. 12 men shared their thankfulness to be a Father. Cheryl baked a cake for a gift for each Father. Our Thanks to Cheryl for such a thoughtful and delicious gift! My message , " The image of God" was received with a great number responding at the altar to be the image of God to children, youth, young adults, and adults.

Funeral services for our Dear Thelma will be at Fenton/Kendrick funeral home MONDAY.
visitation will be from 11-1. The funeral will begin at 1 pm. Our church will serve dinner after the funeral service at the First Christian church located at 229 s. Rollins because our basement is not handicap accessible. We will serve fried chicken and green beans and corn from the church. Please, if you can, bring a dish /dishes. Or give Sister Hartgrove a call.
