Several members have informed us that a person(s) claiming to be from the Co-op have shown up on their property stating their account was “past due” and then asked for a payment. If someone shows up at your door and you question whether it is actually the Co-op please take the following steps:

1. Do NOT divulge any personal or financial information.
2. Call Co-op Member Solutions at 1-800-698-2007 to confirm it was not us.

There are a number of scammers out there who go to great lengths to obtain your personal and financial information, or any kind of payment. We take the protection of our members’ information very seriously, and we are always happy to speak with you should you have questions about your account. We also appreciate those members who call in and report these potential scams so we can help protect all of our members.
