Donald F. Hinchey Scholarship Fund The Donald F. Hinchey Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance for the education of future Lutheran church workers. Scholarships are awarded annually.

Hinchey scholarship fund was set up to honor the 25th anniversary of ministry for Our Father Lutheran Church's founding pastor. The fund provides financial support for students pursuing full time careers in church work. Eligibility Requirements:
1. Students pursing careers as Lutheran pastors, Directors of Christian Education, Lutheran educators, deaconesses, or other church ministries may apply.
2. Scholarships are awarded beginning in the second year of undergraduate study.
3. Candidates must be enrolled as full time students in declared majors of full time church work.
