The key to happiness is freedom. We all want freedom which means something completely different for everyone. Freedom to do what you want to do. Freedom to be who you are. Freedom to say what you want. Freedom to love and spend your time doing what you love.

They key to freedom is courage. It takes courage to do whatever it takes to get you to the freedom that will make you happy. It takes courage to do something you are scared to do, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. It takes courage to dream big and even more courage to take the first steps to embark on a new journey that can bring you the freedom you so desire.

Courage leads to freedom. Freedom leads to happiness. Be courageous in your journey.

Before you can create it, first you must visualize it. Own the thought and then make it a reality!

If you don't know where your going how do you expect to get there?

Once you have that, believe in your abilities!

Undertaking this new inner engineering are one's own mind to better yourself to learn the possibilities of the universe of what one's own mind can or cannot do has been very difficult but has yet been very fulfilling. It is very difficult to endure the life lessons of Hinduism and practices of yogic science and incorporate that into the Christianity and Catholicism.

Being born as a Catholic has opened my eyes only to what they show me. Going to church as a Christian you are only given or shown what is in front of you or what has happened or may happen. And all reality there is one but one God Alone he controls the universe. However God does not control the outcome of your life only you control the outcome of your life by the actions that you have chosen for yourself. Many people live in a skewed mindset and believe only what they can see only what they think is possible then they do not believe in the unknown nor do they believe and what is not possible quit thinking inside the box and start thinking outside the box.

If everyone in this world would start understanding their actions and their choices and why they do the things that they do they could change their habits and become much happier people. This is a life process a journey that will never stop you will continue to grow and become a better person only if your mind is receptive to change and only if you're willing to grow as an individual. If you have become comfortable with your current state you are miserable and you are not going to achieve anything else in the state of mind that you are in your mind is ill. This journey for me will never end it will be a life process I hope that through this process I can Inspire and help people to be the best that they can be that's all

I strive to do is help people be the best that they can be. I am quite happy and I hope that one day I too can make you happy. What I'm learning and what I am trying to achieve this blissfulness of life is not for everyone many will try and many will fail only the strong-willed will succeed and move on the rest will not pick up the pieces and try to continue they will just give up because the process is too hard they find it is easier to stay and their comfort place because they don't have to face any adversities that are coming their way. Any adversity we face in life you have the power to control the outcome based on your actions.

As for karma you as an individual create the, karma around you your actions determine what Karma hits you and how it hits you.

Life is a series of ups and downs in every aspect of life... Relationships, Money, Success, Business, Happiness, Sadness, Passion, Creativeness and the list goes on.

The key to living the life you deserve is to understand its no different than the sun coming up each morning its going to happen. The difference is unlike the sun there is no set time on the swings of life.

YOU control the time you spend in the down cycle by how you respond to these moments in time. Have the poor me attitude, why is life so unfair, everything happens to me, I have no control, blah blah blah the down cycles will or can be permanent.

NO one has a life of up up up no matter who they are. You may think it looks like that from the outside looking in but its just a mirage that makes you feel even worse about where you are in life.

In order to Thrive in life you have to have a crystal clear vision of exactly what you want in all facets of your life which will continue to carry you through the downs so you can experience the thrill of the up.

If you are in a down pull your big girl or boy pants on and have the gumption to push through knowing that this phase right now is purposeful in leading you to the life you deserve!

2018 Update

I am focusing on people. Lots of people! If you have a pulse expect to hear from me. 🤗

This business I’m in can have and also get a bad rap at times. People seem to assume that if your job compensates you for sharing something you firmly believe in, that all you’re doing is selling. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. I joined this industry of Direct Sales because this community of champions, these products , our leadership, the freedom to help others on my watch and my time with my family has CHANGED. MY. LIFE and it can yours too.

I don’t NEED anyone to purchase from me, I just know I neeeeeeed to share this thing that was FIIIIIINALLY my solution to feeling at peace with my health and sanity, after bouncing from crummy product to fad supplements. The fact that I can turn this passion, that starts and ends with helping people change their lives, into my full time job is a massive blessing.I don’t take it for granted and to be very honest I don’t “sell” anything other then a chance to help YOU feel like “YOU” again I share because this journey literally saved my life and it could do wonders for you or a loved one.

If you too have a passion that turned into your side hustle or main gig, major props to you! If people don’t trust you because you get compensated for sharing that passion, THATS OK. You don’t have to defend what you do, or convince people that your heart is in the right place. Just lead with love, shine your light, and leave the pushing and pulling behind. Some will love you for it, some won’t. So what. All I do is pray the wont’s WILL open their hearts one day before it’s to late.
