Hooray-it’s June! Only a few more days until VBS. Our VBS is on Saturday, June 13th from 10 AM until 3 PM at Donaldson Park, rain or shine.

Now some of you are thinking that doesn’t look right. Isn’t VBS usually 5 days long and at night? Well, we are doing things differently this year to protect everyone from our construction zone as our expansion continues. But you won’t miss a thing that makes VBS so much fun! All the food, classes, recreation, music, and crafts will still be part of it.

There will be classes for all ages, including adults. The adults will meet at the church for class and lunch starting at 10 AM. They are welcome to join in the fun at the park afterwards.

Transportation will be provided for those who need it. You can call the church to leave a message with your name, a phone number, and address. The van will head out about 9 AM that morning.

Everyone is invited. So mark your calendar, spread the word, and get ready to learn more about God’s creation!

It is that time of the year! You know- that time when we start getting prepared for VBS. This year’s theme is “The Creation”. Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 13 and spread the word to everyone you know. There will be classes for all ages.

We are doing things differently this year by having a one day VBS due to the inside construction that will be occurring as part of our church expansion. To be sure children are kept safe, we are going off site to Donaldson Park. However, all the learning and fun that are a traditional part of our VBS will still be happening!

Bible study 👍 Good food 👍 Crafts👍 Music 👍 Splash Pad and water fun 👍 Trail walks👍 Recreation 👍

Our group got to go visit Todd Upton and serve a wonderful meal to all the residents of the Hope Lodge/Cancer center in Nashville. Got to pray with people and connect in the name of Jesus Christ.
A BIG thank you to all who come to serve and visit. Thank you to those who donated to make this happen. A really Big thank you to Steve and Cossandra Cornell for coming early and preparing a delicious meal! Pray for Todd and all the residents here.

Our Sunday night service is canceled for tonight, May 17.

Several members of our church are taking food to serve those patients and families who are staying in the Hope Lodge in Nashville. Please join us in lifting these folks up in prayer for healing and comfort as they fight this battle with cancer.

Another graduation coming tonight! One last chance for us at Celina First Baptist to say congratulations and you made it! We want to wish you a great, blessed future no matter which way God directs you.
