Hey Church Family! Due to the icy road conditions, we will not have our weekly worship service tomorrow morning. Pastor Moore wanted to share this with you: Stay at home tomorrow and remain safe with your family. Take a day of rest and fellowship with those at home. Dr. King’s life reminds us that the fight for justice is not rooted in anger, but in Christ-like love, humility, and unwavering faith.

Scripture tells us:
“Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream.” — Amos 5:24

Remembering that we are called to walk in love, stand for righteousness, and shinie God’s light in a dark world was something Dr. King did well!

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.” — Matthew 5:9

Sunday’s at church❗️Now more than ever we must cling to the Word and the atmosphere that allows us to congregate, worship, talk, and more with like minds, in Christ Jesus. Let us remember Hebrews 10:23-25:

“Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we can affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. 24) Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. 25) And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”

We are honored to maintain our tradition of receiving support from the Celina Police Department, and intend to send the children back to school in a mighty way!
