It is with a heavy heart we share that our sister in Christ, Angela Vargas, has passed away.

Please be in prayer for Mitch, Macie and their whole family.

Funeral services will be held 11:00, Wednesday morning, November 26, 2025, at the Hillside Community Church, Cedar Rapids. Pastor David O’Vell will officiate at the services. Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, has taken Angela and her family into their care. Visitation will be held from 4 until 7 Tuesday evening at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello.

Angela Vargas, 33, died suddenly at her home on Sunday, November 16, 2025. Funeral services will be held 1100, Wednesday morning, November 26, 2025, at the Hillside Community Church, Cedar Rapids.
