1.More sleep (eight hours of quality sleep) No phone an hour before bed
2.Eat mainly leafy green vegetables ( less meat and out starchy foods no bread and pasta)
3. Eat more thermogenic foods
4. No red meat or pork
5. No alcohol, energy drinks, Soda or sugary drinks (replace with herbal teas or black coffee)
6. Replace sweets (cookies candies cakes pies) With fruit
7. Daily use apple cider vinegar (pills or liquids)
8. Bathe regularly in Epson salt hot water as much as you can stand it
9. Push for 18 or more hours of fasting every day. (OMAD)
10. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day
11. Find some physical competitive sport
12. Make a Dream board. (that can be accomplished without another person)
13. Set short term- Medium length - Long term goal
14. Completely let go of regret
15. Overcome something that scares you
16. Embrace yourself
17. Change your mind about yourself (regulating your thoughts with the word of GOD)
18. The moment is what matters (stop being depressed about the past and overwhelmed with anxiety about the future ) LIVE IN NOW
19. Balance yourself.
20. Break unhealthy dependencies and stop being a unhealthy dependency to other people
21. READ books on your areas YOU NEED improvement in.

At night thank God for what has happened this day in the morning thank him for what you believe he's able to do
