Technology has made it easier than ever to stay connected, but somehow, we may be spending less time actually connecting. Our screens offer us versions of community, friendship, and belonging that can feel close to the real thing, but still leave something missing. This week, we’re looking at what our digital habits may be costing us and why some of the most important parts of life can’t be replaced by a screen.
