Bishop Garcia's Message for Labor Day

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

This Labor Day, we give thanks to God for the gift of work and for all those who labor each day to support their families, serve their communities, and contribute to the common good.

May God bless all workers with strength and dignity; may he comfort those who are unemployed, underemployed or struggling, and may he instill employers with compassion and respect for all for whom they are entrusted.

As we go about our daily work let us reflect the love of Christ in every interaction. And so, my brothers and sisters, let us pray for each other, asking God to help us to be the most profound witnesses to all we encounter.

May God bless you and all who labor.

Our Middle & High School Youth Groups are looking for small group leaders to walk alongside our young people, build relationships, share their faith, and remind them that they are known and loved by God.

You don't need to have all the answers or be a theology expert just a heart for Jesus and a willingness to show up!

Interested or just want to learn more? Come find our Youth Minister, Sara, in the Narthex after any of the Masses this weekend! She happy to chat with you and answer any questions you might have!

Join us for a ‘Marian Music Concert’ on Saturday, August 15th at 6:30 PM. The music ministry will host this combined choir concert for our Blessed Mother in the Church Narthex. Please come and enjoy this beautiful and inspirational music! Length is approximately 30 minutes. Seating is limited.
