Good Afternoon BKCC Family! 🥊

We’re back with another short workout video from our BKCC personal trainer and leader of the Let’s Get It, Let’s Rock Ministry, Elijah Taylor!

Today’s exercise: 1-2 Boxing Combination 🥊

The 1-2 is a simple boxing combination that consists of a jab followed by a cross. It’s a great beginner-friendly movement that gets your whole body involved while helping improve coordination and fitness.

What it helps with:

* 🥊 Improve hand-eye coordination
* 💪 Build upper-body strength
* ❤️ Get your heart rate up and improve cardiovascular fitness
* 🔥 Build endurance and burn calories
* ⚡ Improve speed and reaction time

Starting today we’ll be releasing short videos from our BKCC personal trainer and leader of the let’s get it, let’s rock ministry Elijah Taylor.

Today’s exercise: Sit Ups

Sit-ups are a simple abdominal exercise where you lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your upper body toward your knees before lowering back down.

What they help with:

* 💪 Strengthen your abdominal muscles
* 🏃 Improve core strength and stability
* 🧍 Help support better posture
* ⚽ Improve strength for activities like running, sports, and lifting
* 🔥 Build endurance in your core
