• Wolof Bible in Senegal on May 16. Population: 7,872,580
• Popti' (Jakalteko) Bible in Guatemala on July 11. Population: 33,080 (photos from the Popti' Bible dedication!)
• Marakwet Bible in Kenya on Aug. 1. Population: 129,000
In the Jakalteko (Popti') community, many men have emigrated from the country, making it very hard for mothers to raise their families alone. When the Bibles were distributed, one mother said with joy and tears, “Thank God we have the Bible in our language. Now I will understand God’s counsel; I will speak to God so that He gives me His wisdom to talk with my children about the Christian life. We want as a family to return to God. Even though we don’t have my husband — the father of my children — we have Jesus as our God to bless us in our spiritual life.”

Time with Family -

God blessed us with an opportunity to have time with family in Branson, MO. Chyrl's mom joined us for a couple of days. It was  a great opportunity for us to unwind, enjoy each other's company, and make some wonderful memories together!
