APPRECIATION BREAKFAST THIS SUNDAY 🙌🏻

Reminder of changes in service times for this coming Sunday!!
We are offering childcare during the 8 & 9:30 services & ask that volunteers be there a half hour early.
We are also still looking for some help- mainly needed for our Good Friday services at 5:30 & 7. If you’re available, please reach out 🙌🏻

Happy Wednesday! I sent out an email earlier this morning with some announcements for April, but wanted to give a reminder on here also.
Easter is only a few weeks away (how is it already that time?!) & it would be super helpful if you could respond soon to any serve requests you have for that morning! Also, if you are not requested to serve, but are available, I'm certain I could use you 😊

We are also offering childcare during both services on Good Friday (5:30 & 7) for babies - 4yr olds. I'd love to get those positions filled in the next few days so if you're able to serve, you can e-mail me at [email protected] or text at 517-306-8094. THANK YOU!

Volunteer Shout Out! 👐
This weeks shout out goes to Lance & Amanda DeWein, who have beens serving Candeo Kids for 5 years. They are as faithful & joyful as they come! They show up week after week, with the best attitude & energy, ready to serve & share the gospel with the kids they come in contact with. When asked what their favorite part of serving in this role is, they said they love watching the kids grow in their knowledge of who our Heavenly Father is...and getting smiles & hugs from them as they see their excited faces in the cafe or hallways, on a Sunday morning 🙂 Candeo Kids is so blessed by the DeWein family & the way they faithfully serve. Give them a shout out when you see them this Sunday!

HAPPY MONDAY!
With spring break only a few weeks away (can you believe that?!) I wanted to mention a few things- responding to March serving requests as soon as you can & also blocking out dates you know you'll be gone in planning center would be super helpful as I continue to fill in gaps. If you're not sure how to do that, just reach out & I can help 🙂 Also, if you're a college student & will be available to serve either of those Sundays, could you let me know?

CK Volunteers - just want to share a quick story. Last week one of our coaches talked to a mom. Their family has been looking for a church in the area but had not decided on which one. She said that they are choosing Candeo in part to the fact that their kids love coming to Candeo Kids.

Volunteers - thank you so much for making Candeo Kids a place that kids love to come back to (even if some of them cry initially 😆)

Volunteer Shout Out 🙌🏻
We want to highlight this awesome crew this week. These 4 have served together in the 2’s room for SIX YEARS! Can you believe that?! Staci, Mike, Kiara & Addisyn faithfully serve together every week during 1st service & are a huge blessing to those kiddos & their parents. It’s unique to have a group that serves together so consistently like this & we are incredibly thankful for each of them! Be sure to give them a shout out here or when you see them next week 🥳👏🏻

Hey everyone! Thanks for being so quick to like this page 🙌
I'll post a few things in the coming weeks that I think will be helpful reminders, but today I wanted to just focus on one thing that I'm really excited about!
I hope that this page can serve as a resource for all of you! Sometimes schedules unexpectedly change, sickness happens, work calls, etc. My hope is that in those times, when you are already on the schedule but realize you can no longer serve, you can post on this page the spot you need filled & we can all help to fill in those gaps for a Sunday morning! I think this will be the easiest/quickest way to make sure we're not left with rooms that are under staffed.

Let me know if you have any questions about this! Thank you all for your servant hearts, you are SO appreciated!
