Please remember the family of Robert “Bob” A. Davis in your prayers. Our church family remember Bob and Mary with love and devotion as they were our past MYF/UMYF leaders. The Youth of the '70's that they helped lead to a life dedicated to Jesus Christ, are now the leaders at CBFUMC. We are grateful for their leadership with the children, youth and adults throughout the years.

Robert “Bob” A. Davis, age 83, of Cedar Bluff passed away on October 7, 2026 at his residence in Farill.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 12, in the Cedar Bluff 1st United Methodist Church at 2:00PM with Rev. Linda Minor and Rev. Dr. Kevin Payne officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Bluff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until the 2:00pm time of service. Pallbearers will include family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Sibert Davis; daughters, Blair Elizabeth Davis (Laith Alfaqih) and Morgan Alexandra Davis (Mr. Baker); grandchildren, Sami Alfaqih, Adam Alfaqih, and Josiah Amison; brother, Donald C. Davis; and sister, Janet D. Barkley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald C. Davis and Kate Henderson Davis, and sister, Ellen Whitley.
The family is accepting flowers, or donations can be made to the Cedar Bluff 1st United Methodist Church.
