We celebrated our 3 graduates today during service. Congratulations to Ellie Martin who graduated 6th grade, Emory Ellison who graduated from Coosa High School and to Ellie Cox who graduated from Jacksonville State University with a nursing degree. We are so proud of all of you!

Today in children’s church, we learned about Ascension Day — the day Jesus returned to Heaven after His resurrection and promised His disciples they would never be alone. ☁️✨

We talked about how Jesus’ ascension reminds us that He is always with us, guiding us, loving us, and preparing a place for us. The kids learned that even though Jesus went back to Heaven, His mission for us continues here on Earth — to love others, share kindness, and shine His light everywhere we go. 💙

“He was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid Him from their sight.” Acts 1:9

We let our teens join us today and we enjoyed some sunshine after our lesson 🩷⛪️
