☦️ The Journey of Service: Entering the Apostles’ Fast ☦️
As we exit the joyous season of the Holy Fifty days after Pentecost, we enter into the Apostles’ Fast—the oldest fast in the Christian Church, dating right back to the New Testament.
Why do we fast during this season?
✨ Following the Example of the Apostles: Before the disciples set out to preach the Gospel to the four corners of the earth, they immediately turned to prayer and fasting to seek divine guidance, strength, and protection.
"Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away." (Acts 13:3)
✨ Our Own Missionary Call: This fast reminds us that we are all called to be apostles in our daily lives. Through prayer and self-restraint, we ask God for the spiritual strength and missionary zeal needed to share His love with the world around us.
✨ Spiritual Balance: After weeks of celebration, this season invites us back to a beautiful balance of spiritual discipline, grounding our souls and renewing our commitment to Christ.
Let us embrace this blessed season together with a spirit of devotion, repentance, and love.
Blessed Fast to everyone.

"My Lord and my God!"
On this first Sunday after the Resurrection, we commemorate the Apostle Thomas’s encounter with the Risen Christ. His moment of doubt turned into a powerful witness for all generations, reminding us that Christ meets us in our uncertainty to bring us into His light.
As the Lord said to him:
"Jesus said to him, 'Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.'" — John 20:29
May the peace of the Lord fill your hearts and homes. Truly He is risen!

Christ is Risen! Truly He is Risen! ☦️✨
Today we celebrate the Holy Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, the feast of feasts and the victory over death. As we conclude the journey of Holy Week, may the light of the empty tomb fill your hearts with eternal hope and joy.
"Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?"
Wishing our entire congregation a blessed and Joyous Feast of the Resurrection!
