Are you looking for a church? Lots of people are. Maybe your family church that you grew up in has closed. Maybe you are just out of the habit of going to church. It happens. We have something to offer for those who are interested in old-fashioned values.
We don’t have a contemporary service. People are always saying this is not you parent’s or grandparents whatever…in this case a church. This is church much the way it was back in the 1950’s. If you come visit us you will hear the Gospel. You will also hear the whole Word of God in a church that believes the Bible is the only truth and factual. Chance are…if you’re reading this…you are sick of people afraid to tell you the truth and treating the Bible like a book of myths.
No matter if it’s the pastor or anyone else, if someone is doing something that the Bible says is wrong, we won’t lie about it. If it’s a sin…it’s a sin. That doesn’t mean we judge people as if we think we’re God. No sin is any worse than another…but…if someone is doing something they shouldn’t we will be honest. You will note when entering our doors that only sinners are allowed…because we’re all sinners.
The good news is (the Gospel): God still loves sinners. So, if you’re feeling guilty, wouldn’t it be nice to have someone tell you that you don’t have to feel that way anymore? That’s called absolution. Every week, we confess as a group and then hear that God forgives us. And if you have a weakness, you’ll probably find someone who has the same weakness and is more than willing to help you.
Anyway, come give us a try, but better give The Holy Spirit a chance to speak to you and give you a hand in letting Jesus wash away all that guilt and give you the answers to your questions.
