Reading a commentary on Leviticus 2 and the grain offering where the writer says we see a picture of Jesus Christ as a Man. Such beautiful thoughts. Find Christ in the Old Testament!:

Knowing the Word of God is critical for the believer. Reading through the Bible in a year is a great way to know God's Word more completely. If you have never read the entire bible in a year, let me encourage you that YOU CAN DO IT! Just read 3-4 chapters a day starting in Genesis and you will make it through in a year. Here is a nice little guide to help. It just says "by this date, you should be this far." and gives the book order so you''ll always know if you are on track. It allows to get ahead and maybe if you miss a day here or there, you can know what you need to catch up. click on this link and you can print this schedule and get started.

Hebrews 2:16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. I’m always baffled by the Incarnation of Jesus and how calculated it was. God had all options available but this was the path He chose. May the forgiveness and richness of God's presence be yours through faith in Jesus Christ.
