We're an anchor for health, equity, and advocacy—working with city partners, schools, clinics, businesses, and fellow nonprofits to make the Mid-Valley stronger, healthier, and more united. It is conveniently located adjacent to the Tierra del Sol housing complex in Cathedral City, California, near the Cathedral City Civic Center. We create spaces for mature adults to meet friends and families, ex

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for our new Grace Moves Like This – Seated Flow class! It was a truly wonderful experience.

This fabulous, low-impact class is designed to celebrate the golden years with style and flair. Using a chair for support, participants gently increase flexibility, strengthen their core, and boost confidence through smooth, flowing movements.

We had an amazing session led by our wonderful instructors, Cristal & Keith, who brought warmth, energy, and encouragement to every moment.
