We have a heart for our city and are passionate about changing lives! Plum Creek is a church that exists to make Jesus famous and see life change in the community of Castle Rock and around the world!

“We believe when lives intersect with the amazing grace and love of God demonstrated through the life, death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ, it changes us…and once our lives have been chan

ged, we cannot help but impact the lives of others! That’s why we exist….to see Changed Lives, Changing Lives. So, regardless of where you are in your spiritual journey, you will always see and hear us encouraging you to focus on Intimacy with God, Intentionality with Family and Influence with Others. We believe if you lean into those three relationships, life-change is inevitable.”

Pastor Doug Miller

We want people to thrive in the community of Plum Creek because we know that we as humans are created for connection! We love finding different ways to get people plugged in—small groups, contributor team, men’s/women's ministry; there is a place for everyone! Life is better when we aren’t just consumers but contributors of the church and community we call home! Plum Creek is a place for everyone—no matter what your life looks like. It’s okay to not be okay. God meets us in our mess, but He loves us too much to leave us there! We face challenges and grow in our everyday circumstances, and we love doing it together!

Then came the morning that sealed the promise
Your buried body began to breathe
Then out of silence the Roaring Lion
Declared the grave has no claim on me

Most of us know what it feels like to wonder if we belong.

When most of us think about salvation, we think about what we’ve been saved from.

From sin. From shame. From death. From all the ways our lives have been broken by a world that’s not the way it’s supposed to be. And while that’s certainly true, Ephesians 2 reminds us that God’s vision has always been even bigger.

God didn’t just save us from something. He saved us into something. Into a family. Into a people. Into a place where we belong.

The good news of the gospel isn’t that we finally figured things out, cleaned ourselves up, or found our way to God. It’s that God came after us when we couldn’t make our way to him. As Paul says, we were dead—but God made us alive. We were far away—but Christ brought us near.

And he didn’t just bring us near to himself. He brought us near to one another.

That’s why the church matters. It’s a place where people with different stories, backgrounds, generations, and experiences discover that what unites them is greater than anything that could divide them. It’s a living picture of God’s new creation breaking into the world.

Every time we worship together, serve together, pray together, forgive one another, and love one another, we offer the world a glimpse of what Jesus is doing.

Because of him, strangers become family. Outsiders find a place to belong. And people who were once far away are welcomed home.

Welcome to the jungle. (AKA Camp Creek Kids!)

What a week.

More than 500 kids filled our building with laughter, energy, curiosity, and a whole lot of excitement as they spent the week learning about Jesus, building friendships, and making memories they’ll carry with them long after camp is over.

But Camp Creek Kids is more than just another VBS. It’s a picture of changed lives, changing lives.

From every kid who showed up ready for adventure, to every contributor who gave their time, energy, patience, and heart to invest in the next generation, we witnessed something special this week. Seeds of faith were planted. Relationships were formed. And countless moments reminded us that God is at work in the lives of our kids.

To everyone who served, prayed, donated, encouraged, and made this week possible—thank you. Your investment matters more than you know.

Our hearts are full, and we’re already counting down the days until next year. See you at Camp Creek Kids 2027!

What if the biggest obstacle to following Jesus isn’t forgetting what to do—but forgetting who you are?

In this episode of The After Sermon, Daniel sits down with Tomy to continue the conversation from week one of Heaven & Earth.

Together they explore why Paul keeps reminding believers that they are chosen, adopted, free, and marked by the Spirit—and why those truths are meant to shape everything else. They discuss the connection between identity and mission, what it means to live as a glimpse of God’s coming kingdom, and how the vision of new creation connects directly to the heart of Follow.

If Jesus is right about God, life, and the soul, then it only makes sense to rearrange our lives around what he says is true. This conversation explores what that looks like in practice..
