🙏 Wednesday Wisdom: The Table of Grace Scripture Focus: "I desire compassion, not sacrifice." — Matthew 9:13

In Matthew 9, we see Jesus doing the unexpected: He sits down to dinner with tax collectors and sinners. When the critics questioned Him, His message was clear. He isn't looking for religious perfection; He is looking for a heart that reflects His own.
The Wisdom: Following Jesus isn’t about "getting it right" before we show up. The call to follow Matthew—and the healing of those in need—reminds us that Jesus meets us in our messy reality. You are invited to the table exactly as you are, and you are called to pull out a chair for others.

Mid-week Prayer: Lord, help me to see others through Your eyes of compassion today. Soften my heart where it has grown rigid and remind me of the grace You have so freely given me. Amen.

Action Step: Reach out to someone today who might feel like an "outsider" or is going through a tough season. A simple text or a kind word can be the seat at the table they need. 🕊️✨

🙏 Wednesday Wisdom: The God Who Goes With You
Scripture Focus: "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." — Matthew 28:20

We often think of the "Great Commission" as a daunting to-do list. We hear "Go and make disciples" and we feel the weight of a heavy task. But look closer at how Jesus ends that command. He doesn't just give us a job; He gives us Himself.

Living in the community of the Trinity means we aren't "employees" of God running errands for a distant boss. We are invited into a relationship.

The Wisdom: You are never the "solo act" in your life. Whether you are at the office, folding laundry, or facing a difficult conversation, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are present with you. You aren't just working for God; you are living with God.

Mid-week Prayer:
Lord, remind me today that I am surrounded by Your presence. Help me to live out of the overflow of Your love rather than the stress of my own strength. Amen.

Action Step: Take two minutes of silence today. Don’t ask for anything; just sit in the "community" of God and remember that You are loved. 🕊️✨
