Join us Sunday, Dec. 28th when Rev. Vanessa Titan will preach a sermon entitled: “Defiance of Hope.”

Hope is defiant. It exists in the face of the impossible and wonders, “well, maybe...," “what if...?” and says “let’s try this….” It enlivens us, appearing even in the midst of despair. How does hope defiantly show up for you?

Christmas Eve December 24, 2025. UU Castine opens doors at 4 for Seasons Greetings and at 5pm the service begins. Join us for our theme "Each Night a Child is Born is a Holy Night" with new and familiar readings and carols, ending with Silent Night by candlelight. We wish you a Merry Christmas!
