Our lesson was about being a Servant like Jesus ....Timeline is a little early but we had a version of The Last Supper this morning complete with a Feet Washing (not pictured, but thank you Bryan Luke for being my participant)....

This morning in Kids Church we talked about Memorial Day and how we need to be thankful for the Men and Women who have serve in our Military, past and present. They have fought for the many freedoms that we often take for granted...Their sacrifices are an example of the ultimate sacrifice that Jesus showed on the cross... They all made flag hearts that we laminated and put on every car at church this morning as a reminder of why we celebrate this holiday....

Finished up learning about the OT Judges in the bible with Samson today...Of course you can't talk about Samson without acting out his final victory over the Philistines ( using lots of imagination of course 😂) ...Fun lesson this morning...

Tomorrow morning we will be learning about the Lords last supper and having our own reenactment of it...hope to see every one there.

We are learning about David and Goliath this week and next Sunday morning so we made a visual to see just how big Goliath was...he was a giant but the kids are learning that while David was smaller his faith was bigger than Goliath and that made all the difference...
