Ascension Lutheran Church Ascension Lutheran Church is a "joyful community of the caring Christ."

Discipleship is defined here at Ascension as "Dedicated to Knowing Him better so that we can Serve Him better". Our dedication to discipleship has four primary pillars:

WORSHIP: Members are engaged in community with God and others in: thanking, praising, and honoring God; confessing faith in Christ as their Savior; acknowledging sinful ways and receiving forgiveness of sins; and reminding themsel

ves of gifts and grace of God. STUDY: Members are increasing their knowledge of the Scriptures in order to develop a passion from within the Body that will create an evangelistic outpouring outside the Body. RELATIONSHIP: Members are gaining warmer, fuller, more intimate and compassionate relationships with the Lord and with others. OUTREACH: Members are helping non-member friends, relatives, and co-workers gain warmer, fuller, more intimate and passionate relationships with the Lord and with others.
