The sanctuary is filling up with boxes of cereal for children in our community. Please bring in your cereal donation four the next three Sundays as we help break the cycle of food insecurity in our community.

Today we recognize the individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve freedom. May we always admire their courage. May we acknowledge the families and loved ones who experience sorrow and grief.

Let us strive for peace. May we follow Jesus' example and be peacemakers.

Today is the United Methodist Church of Casa Grande’s prayer vigil for peace. People from the congregation will be praying for peace from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm today. People have signed up for the 30 minute prayer slots to cover the sixteen hour prayer vigil.
Please join us in praying for peace in families, community, nation and world.

Do you like to garden? We invite people of all experience levels to garden with us at the Tranquil Community Garden at the United Methodist Church of Casa Grande on Thursday mornings at 8:00 AM. Activities include planting, harvesting, weeding and much more. It is a great way to spend a morning. Hope to see you there!
