Karin Desalu, who lost her hearing at 10, was selected to perform the national anthem in American Sign Language during the Canes' Stanley Cup Final home games.

Our very own Karin Desalu did the ASL interpretation of the National Anthem before last’s night’s game 1 of the Stanley Cup finals.
God was glorified and we are all so thrilled for her. In case you missed it last night, you might be able to catch her again tomorrow night on ABC tv at 8pm!
