As we celebrate Labor Day, we pray that you have a safe, restful, and blessed holiday with family and friends. Let's take a moment to thank God for the ability to work, serve, provide, and contribute to our families, church, and communities. May we remember that whatever we do, we are ultimately called to "work heartily, as for the Lord" (Colossians 3:23).

We were blessed to have a great turnout for our Men's Retreat this year in Montreat, NC. The theme was "Working in His Will". Jesus is the Master Architect and provided blueprints on how to work on our own spiritual vitality, how to work in our homes, how to work in the civic, marketplace area, and how to work in discipleship. We were blessed to return so we could attend Sunday worship service where the work begins.

Join us for our next Church-Wide Prayer Rally tomorrow (8/18) from 7 to 8 PM.

This month’s rally will be hosted by our Missions Ministry, but everyone is invited to join us for one hour of corporate prayer. There is something powerful about coming together as a church family to seek the Lord together.
