Land of Possibilities: Exploring What’s Possible

On Sunday, our congregation gathered for a Land of Possibilities Congregational Town Hall—a step in our ongoing journey of learning, exploring, and discerning what the future might hold for the underutilized property adjacent to our church campus.

We shared a meal, spent time together, and learned more about the property with the help of Wesley Community Development Corporation. We reviewed current site plans and explored concept drawings illustrating ways the land might potentially be used to serve our church and community.

This has been a thoughtful process of faithful stewardship, listening, and imagining possibilities together. No decisions have been made. We’re taking the time to learn, ask questions, and consider what might be possible.

We’re grateful to everyone who is part of the conversation!

What a great way to spend a Saturday morning—building community and putting faith into action! 🏠🔨

Last Saturday, Saint Francis members joined other churches, organizations, and individuals who support Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh for the kickoff of the 2026 Beloved Build Campaign. Pastor Jonathan helped lead the group in prayer, followed by a beautiful anointing of our hands—a reminder that we’re called to be builders of God’s Beloved Community.

Then the group got to work! Some headed to the warehouse to build walls and celebrate the first nail with future homeowners, while others served at Hope Grove, Habitat’s newest and largest neighborhood.

We’re grateful for everyone who came out to pray, build, and be part of this meaningful day! ❤️
