So I know a lot of you have teenagers or have been in youth ministries. Sometimes you don’t know if you’re really affecting a life or not, though you continue to pour out a tremendous amount of effort with heart and compassion for this next generation. Well, I was reading a card that a young lady gave me at Christmas and it just blessed me so much that I wanted to share. My heart welled up and it renewed my love and passion for the ministries we have at Chatham and Edgecomb Youth Development centers. Please pray for them and partner with us.

Thank you so much to the individuals that have donated their vehicles this year!!!! The most recent one was given to Mr. Ray. A well deserving gentleman that has worked hard to get to where he is. He has a bright future ahead of him and can now get to his job without worrying about being late riding the bus. God bless you all for caring!!!

Pastor Scott from the Summit Church and I had lunch with the warden, program supervisor, and staff at Wake Correctional. The Summit Church provided lunch for all the staff. It was an honor to serve them and to discuss how we can partner with them as a community to improve programs on the inside for the residents. Please pray for the staff as their job is not easy and they sincerely want to help these men.

We had a great church service at Wake Correctional tonight. About 75 men attended. The worship team was phenomenal with excellent musicians and vocalists. The Holy Spirit really spoke to all of us tonight. Please pray for Nathaniel as he accepted Jesus as his savior and Quinn made a decision to come back to Christ and to walk in his way. God is doing some phenomenal things at Wake Correctional center. The atmosphere is changing because of the saints of God there!

My wife and I had a blessed time ministering at the Chatham Youth Development Center yesterday. we were both able to share the goodness of God in our early lives, encouraging the teenagers to turn things around at this stage of their own lives.  please pray for the staff Chatham YDC. For most of them their job is more than just a job, but a ministry as well. Great things are happening there!!!
