Just a few pictures from yesterday's Mission Market! Thanks to all who came out and supported this event. The vendors were fabulous, the mission organizations were inspirational, and the coffee, bagels, and soda were delicious! Come back today from 4-7 for our Fall Festival!

This was not how we anticipated worship would end yesterday! Everybody's phone went off with a tornado warning during the last hymn, so we sheltered in the hallway for about 45 minutes until the danger passed. We still had our congregational meeting and enjoyed leftover wedding cake, coffee, and treats. I guess if you have to shelter in place, at least you're there with friends and treats! We are grateful that all stayed safe!

This Sunday, we will hear about how the Kingdom of Heaven is like a wedding banquet, from Matthew 22:1-14. We also have a special wedding this weekend of a member of our community! Surely, that's what the Kingdom of Heaven looks like!

The Kingdom of Heaven looks...Fruitful. We'll focus on Matthew 21:33-46, and also celebrate World Communion Day this Sunday! Join us for worship at 9 and 11 am!
