I believe that at the heart of business and ministry stand a profound sense of commitment to care for and provide treatment and rehabilitation to anyone who desires to improve his or her life. I believe that each experience is like managing a high-risk pregnancy in which I provide an environment that will be conducive to birthing positive outcomes and an optimum mindset in the business and ministr
y. I will make a difference in the lives of members, families, and communities through providing programs within our church that help educate people about buying their first home; applying to college, financial aid, and scholarships; debt management and understanding the importance of good credit. In addition to these educational programs, I want to build a kingdom within a kingdom by offering marriage and family counseling, workforce development, reading and computer literacy tutoring, and drug rehabilitation programs; as well as starting and maintaining a Christian-based grade school or bible college, helping families obtain and maintain housing and transportation, and developing an apostleship program to help others start their ministries. Finally, the multitude of knowledge pertaining to business will help me build and manage a successful ministry. At a time when members are in their most vulnerable position, it is pivotal that I am sensitive to their needs and feelings. I will be patient, understanding of their emotional state, and continually make my presence known for as long as God allows me to be within their lives. I pledge to keep the lines of communication open and maintain honesty in all correspondence in both our ministry and through business partnerships. To ensure that our members are in the best environment possible, it is the duty of our ministry to strive for the desires of their hearts. I pledge to provide the best quality care to our members, regardless of differences in opinions, values, morals, spiritual beliefs, social status, or economic status. I will put personal feelings aside and learn as much as possible about our membersβ preferences and cultural background so that their care will be taken in consideration individually and collectively. I will work cooperatively with other ministries and collaborate with members and their families about how to teach business from their homes to their communities. I pledge to respect my members' wishes, opinions, and suggestions. As a Pastor, I hold myself accountable for the Pastoring that I will provide; therefore, I will not provide care beyond my scope of practice. I pledge to never engage in unethical acts; and as an advocate for my members, I will provide the proper resources for all members pertaining to various issues they may encounter. Because the ministry is ever-changing, I will promise to never change the Word of God by making it my own or take what I have learned from my previous life experiences to take advantage of others. I will devote time to professional organizations to help perpetuate the growth of my field and become a better motivational speaker in God along with the application of business in my teachings. Ministry encompasses more than treating the physiological aspects of members; however, it is a seamless blend of teaching, counseling, managing, advocating, collaborating, researching, and providing care. As a Pastor, I will continue to do everything possible to remain proficient in each aspect of business in my ministryβ¦.Upcoming Ministries
