Christian gratitude:
Acknowledges your need for a Savior.
Therefore, everything you do flows from a thankful heart. Once you experience God’s gift of grace at the cross, that changes everything! You recognize that your life has been bought with a price and you live with a thankful heart because of the saving grace of God.
Recognizes that all things come from God.
As a child of God, you are simply a steward of His blessings. Therefore, you know anything you have earned or been given are a result of God’s blessings. Everything, great or small, has been filtered through God’s mighty hands.
Reminds you of your identity in Christ.
Knowing that you’re no longer your own but are a new creation, spurs you on to seek the Lord and live the abundant life God has planned for you. A daily gratitude habit can help you live for Jesus and follow God’s plan and seek His will for your life.
