We loved getting to serve at Sunrise Baptist Church this morning! We’re so thankful for Kylen Reeves for sharing God’s Word and for the Hills Collective for leading us in worship. What a blessing it was to gather together and worship together! 🙏🏼

The team from Central Hills Baptist Retreat will be leading us in worship this Sunday, June 14. We will have a potluck luncheon immediately following morning worship. Please bring a dish (or two), bring your family, invite a friend to come with you and join us this Sunday. Sunday School begins @ 10 with morning worship @ 11.

TONIGHT is our last night of VBS. KIDS still come to VBS at regular time (6:00). We will have regular VBS just a shorter schedule. Parents and guest are invited come to the sanctuary for commencement which will begin @ 7:30. We will have an ice cream social to follow.

We have a great group of GROWN “kids” who took care of making sure our actual KIDS had something for VBS this year! In 2 days we had some men work hard to get this job completed before tomorrow’s VBS kick-off and we couldn’t be more thankful for them. Stay tuned for pics this week of this tool being used for His glory. Special thanks to Wayne White, Anthony McMillon, Michael Green, Gerald Jordan, Fatie Horn, Brennan Graves, Doug Powers and Gavin White for giving of their time to get this done.

Arrangements for Bro. Wade Chappell: Visitation today from 4pm - 7pm and funeral tomorrow at 10am at Grandview Baptist Church in Pearl. Graveside service will be following the funeral at 3pm at Sunrise Baptist Church Cemetery in Leake County, Mississippi. We will provide a meal for the family. Please have your dish(es) at the church by 2:30.
