Grieving is normal. To stay there is hell. It’s an open door that you can’t ignore, it comes on you all at once, and before you know it, you’ve checked out. You are trapped in walls of darkness called depression. It leaves you feeling alone and without hope. Before you know it, it has full control. Just getting out of bed is something you dread, but there’s a way of escape. Jesus, he’s the greatest superhero I know. When you surrender everything to him, you find it’s easy to escape. Deliverance is your bread. You don’t have to live another day in your head. Demons flee at his name. You will never be the same. Set free from misery. For all the world to see. I know became he has done It for me.

Pain isn't inevitable, but a brighter future awaits. I'm sharing with you from experience, and I truly understand the journey. Jesus came and broke the chains of sin's relentless cycles, freeing me. Once captive and lost, my heart fought to break free from the strongholds. I was spiraling downward fast, yet unaware. I thought things would get better while I remained stuck, but thankfully, my story didn't end there, and Jesus' rescue changed everything.
