Please keep my friend Melissa Carmona in your prayers. She has Breast cancer and has done 2 treatments of chemo and has 5 left to go. But had to go to ER today and has pneumonia and tested positive for Covid. So they are probably gonna put off the chemo. She is family to me and one of my closest friends. Please please keep her in your prayers!! (JJ)

We are blessed to have brother Wayne and his family back. It's time for everyone to return to their first love... it's time for hands on training.
We are back on our regular Sunday morning, Sunday night and Wednesday night schedule.
Full Disclosure: We are shaking hands and those that want to hug have been.

I jumped the gun... Wayne did get a negative on the second test he took... but never got results from the first test he took... hopefully he will get results from that test...and not have to retest. But he will be there Wednesday night...FULL DISCLOSURE...MY BAD...
