Do you plan "Peace and Calm" into your week or day for you and your family. Planning time for peace (quiet times) will help reset you and your kids. The Lord wants us to have peace, but if we are running, running and running that is hard to achieve. We plan our days or we just let them plan us. Be intentional and sit in the quiet with the Lord. It is not easy but will enhance your days.
Psalm 37:7a "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him."
Isaiah 30:15 "...In quietness and confidence is your strength..."
