We observed the Lord’s Supper as a church family.
•••Take time to stop and think about why we do this and the meaning behind it. •••The Lord’s Supper is meant to remind us of what Jesus has done for us. •••In Luke 22:19 we see Jesus saying “Do this in remembrance of me” as he is giving instructions on how to carry out the Lord’s Supper. •••The Lord knows his people have a tendency to forget spiritual truth, so He created the Lord’s Supper to be an ongoing reminder of the gospel for us.
