Yesterday we talked about prosperity perspective 👀

Because you can be thirsty standing right next to the well.

You can be standing in the land God promised you and still see yourself as a grasshopper.

Sometimes the problem isn’t what God has provided. It’s the lens we’re looking through.

How you see God determines how you approach Him.
How you see yourself determines how you approach what He’s called you to.

And insecurity isn’t humility.

Caleb wasn’t confident because he thought he was awesome. He was confident because God had already spoken. 🔥

This isn’t positive affirmation. It’s persistent recollection.

Maybe the thing that needs to change isn’t your circumstance. Maybe it’s your perspective.

Change the way you see, and you’ll change where you live.

So glad to see everyone this morning at Awaken! What a day of worship.

Today we talked about being a conduit, not a container. God fills us so we can pour out, not hold on. The Sea of Galilee gives and thrives; the Dead Sea hoards and dies. Same source, different flow.

"The tithe made you faithful. The offering makes you free."

Summer's over. The alarms are back and the calendars are full.

It's easy to let the busy creep back in without even noticing, one full week turns into a full season, and before you know it, you're running.

Not running toward anything. Just running.

Tomorrow's a good excuse to stop. Not to add one more thing to the list, but to breathe and remember what the list is even for.

Tithing isn’t about what God is taking from you—it’s a celebration of what He allows you to keep. 🙌

When we give that 10%, He uses it to reach the world and blesses the other 90% for us to enjoy.

That’s not a burden; that’s generosity.

Most people think tithing is about what leaves their account.

It’s about what starts showing up.

When you trust God with 10%, three things start moving. Income, because He gives more to those who give more. Ideas, because heaven has never been short on strategy. And inroads, because favor opens doors your résumé can’t.

That third one is the quiet giant. Some people aren’t short on ideas. They’re short on opportunity. This church was an idea in 2015. It didn’t launch until 2022, when the relationships finally caught up.

Tithing isn’t tipping Jesus. It’s trusting Him with what already belongs to Him.
