❤️🤍💙 Vacation Bible School 2026! ❤️🤍💙

We were blessed to have 11 kids join us last Friday as we learned about the freedom we have in Jesus. Thank you to Savannah for the Bible lesson, Sheila for leading the music, Brittany and Katie for organizing everything, Betty, Lisa, and Stacy for keeping things running smoothly, and Lane for picking up dinner.

The kids enjoyed talking about Jesus, painting American flags, eating pizza and treats, and ending the night in the bounce house!

It truly takes a village and we are so thankful for our church family. Thank you to everyone who helped make this night so special!

PALM SUNDAY

Jesus rode into the city on a donkey, and the crowds greeted Him with palm branches and shouts of "Hosanna!”. This event fulfilled an Old Testament prophecy that the Messiah would enter Jerusalem riding on a donkey. The palm branches symbolize victory and honor, and the crowds' enthusiastic response showed their excitement and hope that Jesus was indeed the long-awaited Messiah who would save them.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Shiloh Baptist Church.

Continue to lift this family up, asking God to grant them strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.

In Loving Memory Justin Ray Holland January 11, 1987 - January 5, 2026 On Monday, January 5, 2026, Justin Ray Holland of Colonial Heights unexpectedly passed away. Justin was born on January 11, 1987. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to
